Q: How to I get a Username?
A: You can now request a username, set your password, and provide basic agency details here: https://commercialinsurance.surefyre.co/page/public/signup/
Agent’s First and Last Name (Important for commission checks)
Email, Phone Number and Password (If you forgot already, click here)
Folks forget their password all the time. Simply provide the email associated with your account and you will receive an email from Commercialinsurance@surefyre.co
Remember at login:
Passwords and usernames are case sensitive!
U.R.L should say https://commercialinsurance.surefyre.co
If you are using Internet Explorer, try using a different web browser or restarting your computer
If copy/paste doesn’t work, try manually typing the username and password. Some computers don’t trust copy/paste and thus do not recognize the credentials you input.
You can always call is at 855-900-2060 ext. 0 for a password reset over the phone.

Q: Why won’t it let me hit submit?
A: You must complete all the required fields.
Q: How do I know the status?
A: The status is a colorful block on the right that has drop down options for you to advance in the underwriting process:
Once your risk has been Quoted, you will receive a task to review your quote packet. Click complete and go into the Attachments tab.
If you want to proceed, select the quoted status and select Submit Bind Request in the drop down. The system will confirm the transition to Bind Requested.
You’ll see a change in the status box on the right and the activity can be seen on the Activity tab:

Q. Why am I not getting any notifications?
A. Sometimes people accidentally unfollow accounts. No worries! Just select the account and click the Star to follow.
